You will be required to support all global functions with content creation across internal and external communications channels, as well as with project management and coordination activities, reporting to one of the Global Communications Managers within the team. The main job responsibilities include:•\tWorking closely with stakeholders across the global communications team and business functions to identify and develop compelling internal and external content for use across multiple communication platforms and channels, to appeal to and engage with a wide range of audiences to enhance ABB brand reputation, positioning, and leadership, in line with communications priorities.•\tSupport and contribute to the coordination of communication projects such as product launches, segment and solution campaigns and strategy development to ensure their implementation is in line with defined KPIs, timing and budget.•\tSupport the Global Communication team for key internal and external events such as trade exhibitions, customer seminars and employee meetings to ensure their implementation in line with defined KPIs, timing and budget to increase engagement through innovative platforms and tools. •\tCollaborate with other functions such as Marketing, Sales and Local Communications teams to deliver holistic communications projects. •\tAnalyze and report campaign results / metrics against key objectives and report results to key stakeholders
Qualifications for the role2+ years of experience in a similar position, within a global and industrial company (B2B would be a plus) with excellent storytelling and contents creation skills.Degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.Team player with positive attitude - proactivity and curiosity - ability to work in tandem with different internal/external stakeholders.Project management and cross functional communications experience, across a global company is a plus, strong understanding of digital communications channels and content requirements.Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Pardot & Salesforce platforms Must work well with or without supervision, be self-motivated and a collaborative team player, with attention to detail.An ability to prioritize, work within deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain objectives.Able to translate complex technology into easy to understand and engaging contents.Native level English speaking and writing skills. Ability to develop content for a wide range of communications channels to effectively deliver the appropriate message.
