This is a full-time position that provides office and administrative support for Capitol Police. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties include: + Coordinating the operations of the Capitol Police access identification and entry card system; + Conducting press, vendor and construction worker Level I background checks for individuals requiring access to the Capitol Complex, using various databases; + Coordinating administrative activities related to routine procurements for the Capitol Police Business Support Services unit; + Using MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) to purchase routine office supplies; and + Providing back-up support to the Government Operations Consultant III position.
