We are searching for dynamic and motivated Business Consultant Interns to join our diverse organization for the summer of 2025. As a Business Consultant Intern, you will be an integral part of the Internal Business Consulting department, working on projects spanning operational and support functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted company that operates in passenger transportation, vehicle sales and service, collision repair, and parts distribution, among other fields. Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Internal Business Consulting team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different departments. Contribute to project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Conduct analysis and research to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement. Work with operational teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows. Engage with various departments to understand their unique challenges and goals. Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to ensure project success. Utilize data to support decision-making processes and provide insights into key business metrics. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities for optimizing business processes and recommend strategies for enhanced efficiency. Work with teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact.

Position Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, preferably in Transportation/Logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and Synthesia AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or coursework in business consulting, project management, or related fields. Familiarity with the transportation industry or dealership operations.
