Business Consultant Jr
Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Business Consultant. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date: 1-2 weeks.** **Location: BROOK IL 60523 (HYBRID – in office T/W/Th)** **Pay: $** **48.00** **Shift: M-F /8AM - 5PM** **Description:** + Customer Service: ability to understand customer perspectives and desire to resolve issues through outstanding, personalized, and empathetic customer service. Demonstrated customer service experience or call center experience will be a consideration. + Clean Energy Knowledge or Experience: including knowledge of solar, interconnections, Net Metering, electric vehicles, renewables, battery storage, electric service. Familiarity with these technologies, processes, and regulations including understanding of Illinois and federal clean energy programs and incentives. + Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written, listening): ability to provide effective customer education and communication. Ability to explain technical and complex topics, customized for individual customer understanding. Position includes significant interface with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face. + A bit of a detective and problem-solving mindset; the ability to synthesize information gleaned from multiple systems to determine possible issues, next steps, and path forward. + Strong interest/passion in advancing clean energy technologies. + Ability to retain information, work independently, and reference internal resources for answers.
