As a Senior member of the Business Consulting - Finance (FSO) team, you'll mainly contribute your skills at finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting and ERP financial related modules to EY's clients and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships while helping to identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these to Manager or above as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with superior members of the team. Job Roles:
Participate in engagements that involves Finance Transformation mostly on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinate subordinate while provide updates to Manager or above as appropriate Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target client's management teams Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Business Consulting and with other services across the organization
Job Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree, a master's degree focusing on Accounting, Finance or Business from a reputable institution with minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0); an advanced degree will be a bonus. 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/ Business Analyst in financial services industry. Past experiences relating to internal control over financial reporting are preferred. Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization. Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage. Exposure on ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage. Excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English, be able to speak other language would be a great advantage. Strong leadership, teamwork, across-disciplines and countries collaboration. Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills.
