Information Security Analyst

The INFO Security Business Analyst will be part of the Global Security Office (GSO) security strategy & operations office. Reporting to the Director of Information Security, you will partner across the organization to help deliver information security products and programs at the company.

You will be responsible for working with Information Security and IT teams to develop and regularly report against Key Performance Indicators and metrics for security services. You will establish metrics for existing and new services and set up dashboards and metrics for ongoing security projects and programs.

This is hybrid position, you will work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do Works on the development, deployment, and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of company infrastructure technology, information systems, and digital payment systems. Identify business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) architecture, goals, objectives, and metrics; analyzes business needs and priorities for the protection of critical systems. Establishes and implements operational policies and appropriate standards and criteria for hardware, software, email, and web firewalls, access verification, and encryption requirements. Evaluate potential business impacts from security breaches/failures and provide strategic and tactical guidance to business decision-makers. Develops and executes security systems compliance policies and procedures. Assist with the development of compliance processes (such as ISO27K, SOC2, SOX, GDPR, etc) enforcement of the Unified Compliance Framework, policies and procedures, security awareness training, waivers regarding business justifications, compensating controls, and residual risks. Help develop security compliance metrics for executive reporting. Provide guidance for Regulatory examinations on IT and information security and compliance through interviews with audit examiners, required exam documents, clarification of issues, coordinated meetings with internal SMEs, and development of action plans and management responses. Participate in the design and preparation of documentation and customized reports responding to assessment/audit assignments in accordance with defined standards. Participate in the design, preparation, and conduct of disaster recovery exercises. Proactively initiate and direct security activities to protect Informatica and customer data. Cultivate strong working relationships within the organization across IT and product teams. Knowledge & Skills Works on issues of diverse scope requiring analytical and problem-solving skills. Delivers strategic initiatives and communicates adeptly across the organization. Clearly communicates at all levels of the organization. Uses business objectives or assignments to guide own work and to direct the work of others. Use your time management and organizational skills to run/manage projects Education/Experience BA/BS or higher educational background is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. CBCI certification a plus.
