Manager needs a right hand person to help her; and is tasked with team from SPI function. they will help identify intake function for different SPI’s. They will have more governance and admin checks for net new changes and make sure they are doing the right thing. These are the process standards and what/why/how this is impacting the teams horizontally across the organization and going back to the teams on what the changes might mean for them and what net new strategic changes they need to do. Do we have the right processes and consistent at the right level and pulling reporting for non-performing metrics and putting together action plans? They have SPI leads doing that and this role will be heavily interacting with those various SPI leads almost as a PM. This role will be helping provide the overarching visibility reporting on where they want to go; doing annual refresh processes, they decided to evolve on who owns the process that sits somewhere. The role will be doing the reporting, metric reporting and inputting their values. will be running meetings in a governance routine for some of that stuff and working directly with the SPI leads in whatever action or remediation is needed; SPI, SharePoint and excel are tools they use – looking at dashboards for open items Day to Day: - will be doing the reporting, metric reporting and inputting their values. - will be running meetings in a governance routine and working directly with the SPI leads in whatever action or remediation is needed - Will be creating executive level PowerPoint decs and run meetings and help prepare manager presentations for those meetings as well. - SharePoint and excel are tools they use – looking at dashboards for open items, looking at intake request and closing the loop on request - Collaborating with governance team and SPI leads to form remediation plans based on risk issues or intakes identified and providing clear and concise information in those plans.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
