We are now looking for a 

 

Sales Assistant (Account Receivables)

 

to join our team working for a better future. The position is temporary for 12 months and the preferred location is in Limassol, Cyprus.

 

As Sales Assistant, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

Monitoring and tracking pending invoices. Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues. Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers while enforcing payment obligations. Contacting customers through emails and phone calls. Reporting outstanding issues to management. Supporting and collaborating with the responsible credit controller.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

Excellent customer service skills. The ability to listen and negotiate with customers. Excellent verbal communication skills. Persistence and determination. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, SAP, or Power BI (considered an advantage). A proactive attitude and readiness to get things done. Multicultural sensitivity and the ability to build relationships and become part of a multicultural team.

 

Additionally, you will shine in this role if you are:

 

Highly motivated. Open and willing to learn and develop in an international environment. A team player, able to communicate and collaborate smoothly in English with a variety of both technical and business stakeholders. Welcoming of challenges and able to work under stress in a complex business environment. Fluent in English.
