Coordination and discussion with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and Headcount (ACT/FC/BDG) incl. transparency regarding changes, Impact and measures set.Partner for questions to – R&D Cost, Headcount, CAPEX, NCE etc. (BDG, FC, Act, Deviation)Coordination with HQ development partners and drawing up the necessary contract in international cooperation.Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.Create and plausibility business plans and EVA calculations for R&D Projects and tracking of target costs for the project.
What you need to make real what matters.
Knowledge in Controlling/ Factory, controlling/ R&D and key figure systems.Comprehensive understanding of business processes and strategies. Proficiency in project planning and controlling, planning systems, analysis methods, project management Confident use of MS Office and SAP R/3, Power BI, IT affinity desirableProficient in EnglishUnderstanding of R&D Processes and guidelines is necessary.What we offer
