We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Controlling and Reporting Team Lead to join our dynamic Finance team @EA Operations in Gebze. In this role, you will lead a team of 3-4 professionals and be responsible for critical financial tasks that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

What part will you play?

Steer monthly closing and forecast reporting for P&L, B/S and FCF. Coordinate and lead the reporting processes of cost centers, headcount statistics, productivity & investments. Lead & perform annual budget process in the related responsibility area together with Head of Financial Controlling. Lead / contribute to initiatives / projects for creating financial impact in the Operations. Ensure timely completion of factory statutory reports and compliance with regulations. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Engineering team leads.

What you need to make real what matters.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Min 4-5 years of experience in business controlling and financial reporting (team management experience in operations is an asset). Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex and abstract financial concepts clearly and concisely Honest and collaborative leadership skills. Self-conscious and highly resilient. Proficiency in related modules of SAP, MS Office Apps and Power BI.
