This role is part of the Global Information Security (GIS) Metrics Operations team that manages GIS Cyber Security Metrics portfolio including Risk Appetite, Board Level, QA, and Operational metrics. Info Security Controls Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining metrics within GIS and Enterprise Metrics Platforms. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting metrics governance practices, ensuring compliance with the Bank policies, and identifying process and technology improvements. Info Security Controls Specialist interacts with metric owners, technology partners, and CIO/FLU stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with metric owners and technology partners to develop and implement cyber security metrics
• Support metrics governance practices and ensure compliance with the bank policies
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in GIS and Enterprise metrics platforms
• Work with metric owners and the Cybersecurity Technology Team to publish metrics
• Address metric related queries and work with stakeholders to solve problems
• Work with the Cyber Technology Team to plan sprints for the enhancements and the prioritization of defect resolution
• Partner with the GIS metrics reporting team to ensure metric availability for report inclusion
• Conduct and coordinate metrics quality assurance activities
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of developing and implementing metrics governance and compliance
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. Common areas of study include but not limited: Cybersecurity, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Audit Management, Risk Management

This job is responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-wide information security policies, procedures, and standards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and information security concepts (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO) to establish and maintain policies, validate alignment of processes and controls to requirements, and report on adherence to policy requirements. Job expectations include using data analytics and partnering with internal teams to verify policy compliance, identify gaps in coverage, and support remediation activities.Shift:
