Business Coordinator

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Business Coordinator.
**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract
**Start Date: 1-2 weeks.**
**Location: SAINT PETERSBURG FL 33716**
**Pay:** 30.00
**Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM Business Hours**
**Description:**
• Execute product orders
• Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and cases
• Data Entry and class record maintenance
• Data updates and loading, including daily ticket sales
• Educator expense approvals
• Supports full education team, including Digital, with class record maintenance and facilitation
• Creation of selling tools, including class flyers
• Performs other related administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word
• Salesforce and SAP skill set would be highly preferred
• High attention to detail
• High level of professionalism in an office environment

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
