The position is three months from the start date of the hired candidate Business Coordinator III Job Description What stands out to the manager:
+ Detail oriented, critical thinking ability, clear communication both written and verbal.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel/Word is a must.
+ Salesforce and SAP experience highlighter preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Execute product orders
+ Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and cases
+ Data Entry and class record maintenance
+ Data updates and loading, including daily ticket sales
+ Educator expense approvals
+ Supports full education team, including Digital, with class record maintenance and facilitation
+ Creation of selling tools, including class flyers
+ Performs other related administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word
+ Salesforce and SAP skill set would be highly preferred
+ High attention to detail
+ High level of professionalism in an office environment
+ Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day
+ Ability to work independently
