Job Duties: 

Develop requirements with business for projects/maintenance and enhancements. Experience with annuities and/or medical supplemental insurance would be a plus. Working with Business teams and marketing teams to gather requirements. Work as a liaison between the business teams and the development teams in clearly translating the requirements. Create and maintained epics, backlog and story cards in Jira. Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. Work closely with Product owners to define scope based on story mapping and process flows. Partnering with internal and external customers and business stakeholders to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies. Work with QA team to make sure the test cases cover the functionality of the 
application and the test coverage. Work with the UI/UX teams to create wireframes for the module and presented it to the department heads for approval. Create defects and bugs during development in Azure Dev ops

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
