We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Data Analytics Specialist to join the team with HX5, a teammate company.\n

The Business & Data Analytics Specialist will:\n\nReport to the JETS Software Engineering & DevOps Section Manager\nMaintain a positive, constructive, professional relationship with the NASA customers and other NASA support contractors.\nInterface with NASA Software Engineering Leads & Software Engineering oversight teams\nDemonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills\nPerform Data Management and Insight\nRecommend and implement Data Analytics Dashboards and Resources\nPerform duties as the Software Engineering Deputy Task Order Manager\nAssist with the management (creation, coordination and revision) of scope, cost, schedule and risk for government contract task orders\nDevelop, manage and monitor cost plans, estimates and actuals\nEnsure proper team reporting on tasking\nConduct routine customer project reviews for cost, schedule, risk management, and deliverable adherence\nMaintain active risk management (technical, cost, and schedule) on all projects and work functions\nCommunicate project status to senior JETS managemen\nWork in a fast-paced, Agile environment\nPerform other duties as assigned or as required\u200b\n\n \n

Depending on the candidate's experience, requirements, and business needs, we reserve the right to consider candidates at any level for which this position has been advertised.\n\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field or in a related area.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills and strong customer service attitude with a history of effectively interacting with senior managers at all levels\nPrevious project management experience required\nExperience leading a development project across the full development life cycle\nProficiency with team collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype, SharePoint, Jira\nMust be able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules with limited supervision\nAbility to prepare written documents\/presentations and to verbally present at various meetings\nMust have strong time management and organizational skills\nSelf-starter who can understand and absorb new concepts quickly\nMust be local to the JSC area and willing to work offsite at the Amentum building and onsite at Johnson Space Center on a regular basis\u200b\n\n
