Amazon Global Store business enables customers around the world to shop on 13 Amazon stores and get their products delivered to them anywhere.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Business Development Manager to drive our cross-border e-commerce business. The Amazon Global Store Business Development Manager will manage key business aspects of Global Stores and be an important contributor of the Global Store engagement with Amazon Store, external vendors, Global Logistics, cross-border delivery experience, and Product and Tech teams to improve overall shopping experience for our global customers.
As you are the key Point of Contact across multiple stakeholder teams for Global Store, over indexing on Earns Trust, Dive Deep, Bias for Action and Ownership are important for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to flex your influencing and team building skills for this position. This person must be customer obsessed and have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy and have global responsibility.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Key stakeholder management and influence
- Key contributor to P&L management
- Store management, growth and expansion
- Customer shopping experience improvement
