**Business Development Manager (BDM)**
Our client is seeking a dynamic **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to drive growth in maintenance contract sales. Working closely with the Operations team and sales support, the BDM will identify new opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve annual sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
+ Prospect properties in targeted geographic areas to drive long-term sales growth.
+ Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations on tailored solutions and services.
+ Collaborate with the Operations team to create and negotiate service portfolios that ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
+ Manage sales opportunities through the client database, providing visibility into efforts and progress for leadership.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Strong internal and external customer service experience.
+ Knowledge of landscape and horticulture
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to large groups effectively.
+ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a working knowledge of project management software.
+ Analytical skills to assess problems, gather data, and make informed decisions.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: 70-75k Base plus commission

**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
