Business Dev & Partnerships Specialist

**This is a 100% fully remote position!  $50,000 base + $50,000 sales incentive opportunity**

Position Summary

The Business Development & Partnerships Specialist at Offerpad is responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with real estate entities while identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities. This role involves training and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth for Offerpad through strategic partnerships and innovative product offerings. This role will work with local market leaders and senior leadership at Offerpad to build and grow new local, regional, and national partnerships for Offerpad.   

Essential Functions

Identify and target potential partnership opportunities in the market.Partner with new and existing partners, including their leadership, sales, and marketing teams, to conceptualize and execute business initiatives that address pain points using Offerpad solutions.Represent Offerpad's solutions at real estate meetings and events, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers to identify potential partnerships.Collaborate with local associations and organizations to explore partnership opportunities.Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to sales advisors within partner organizations, ensuring they are equipped to promote Offerpad's initiatives and effectively launch partnerships in current and future markets.Generate insightful reporting and conduct data analysis to measure the performance and impact of partnerships. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and address any issues that may arise.Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships into new communities, brokerages, and stakeholder groups, driving sustained growth for Offerpad.Regularly track and report on the success metrics of each partnership, providing detailed insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.Create presentations and pitches to share the benefits of the partnerships.Explore sponsorship opportunities with relevant events, organizations.Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics in order to identify new partnership opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Active Real Estate License/Broker License5+ years of professional experience; Business Development, Account Management, Territorial Sales background Must possess superior analytical ability in addition to a strong business acumen to effectively and efficiently execute our business strategy while working cross functionally with other key stakeholders within the organization. Entrepreneurial spirit inspired to drive new ventures within the business. Experience managing teams in a fast paced and changing environment. Solid work ethic and professional, proactive, and positive approach to work. Effective decision-making skills and an ability to perform under deadline pressure. Results-Oriented; significant experience leading teams to hit and exceed goals.  Extensive real estate acumen tied to contracts and general real estate transactions.
