The role
The Lazada Affiliates or LazAffiliates team takes care of growing the network base of affiliate partners, to help grow the following for the Lazada platform; daily active users, orders, and GMV.The LazAffiliates B2C team is divided into 2; Retention and Business Development.
-The B2C Retention team takes care of established and active partners, while
-The B2C Business Development team takes care of partners that are newly acquired and in the incubation stage to ensure we keep growing our pipeline and have a constant flow of quality new partners

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Apply business development strategies to onboard & activate new business partners that have potential to be successful affiliate partners.
- Track progress and continuously generate high-quality leads by identifying new potential partners, including but not limited to KOLs, Influencers, Content creators and Mobile Individuals.
- Responsible for managing relationships & driving data-driven analysis and optimization solutions to scale partner performance in the acquisition and incubation phase.
- Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders such as but not limited Commercial, Marketing Solutions, Campaigns, Comms and PR, Marketing for joint projects.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of accounts and programs against set KPIs for the period as well provide insights and recommendations post-campaign based on data to improve future executions
- Work with the Regional team for new product launches aimed at enhancing the overall partner experience.
