Evangelize Qualcomm’s solutions and go-to-market to across Microsoft 1st party product groupsIdentify and promote strategic business opportunities for Qualcomm in these areasManage and lead worldwide go-to-market programs and activities across Microsoft 1st party products (Surface & Xbox)Develop and drive global GTM, promotion and incentive programs into target regions and channels

Your charter will also include:

Identifying and working closely with top BG’s and their teams to establish Qualcomm as a sustained leader in the marketComprehensive understanding of Qualcomm’s portfolio and technology and drive long-term strategic GTM and promotional programsWorking closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term execution and long-term GTM plans based on achievement of business and financial goals and milestonesTrack KPIs across various marketing and promotional programs to drive incrementally mores successful GTM programsMaintaining sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts and support internal operational / financial planning processes, as well as, GTM planning.

You will contribute to the Sales and Business Development activities for one of Qualcomm’s Key Strategic accounts - Microsoft.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for developing the strategic business and sales plan to monetize Qualcomm’s comprehensive portfolio across Microsoft.Evangelize Qualcomm’s solutions to this customer through viable business strategies and commercialization plansIdentify strategic business opportunities for Qualcomm and collaborate with the account team to drive to closurePlan, own and execute the GTM plans for Surface, at both the HQ and Regions, and ensure successful sell-in and sell-out.


Your charter will also include:

Identifying and working closely with Surface to build plans, governance models and processes to establish performanceComprehensive understanding of Surface’s portfolio and technology and drive long-term strategic alignment with QualcommProgram manage and ensure alignment with Surface on broad GTM plans and strategiesWorking closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term and long-term plans based on achievement of business goals and milestones

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degreeAt least 10 years of experience in developing successful GTM plans and strategies at large scale companiesExperience working with consumer, commercial, and enterprise channel partners on joint promotional or GTM activitiesExperience working in a multinational, multicultural environment working across different time zones and culturesExperience in negotiating contracts and closing dealsExperience working with internal and external senior leadership teamsExperience working with diverse stakeholders including finance, legal, business units, and sales teamsExperience in developing GTM strategies and plans, and running a program office to ensure high quality execution across Qualcomm and Microsoft teamsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsDirect experience working with Microsoft’s Surface PC teams is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at least 15 years in the compute/PC or other high-tech product companiesExperience in business development and / or strategic sales of technology products specifically to MicrosoftTechnical expertise in Laptops/PCs, tablets and/or gaming hardwareStrategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and to mid-level customer relationships & influenceBusiness and financial expertise to build long term business cases with clear ROISelf-starter, must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environmentLeadership: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful role-model who has demonstrated abilities to lead by influenceCollaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trendsAbility to travel domestically and internationally.

Education Requirements Required:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$196,600.00 - $295,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.  We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).  In addition, our highly competitive benefits package is designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play.
