Understand the renewable sector market trends and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities Keep track of macroeconomic factors, competitor profile, and regulatory changes, which can impact the business and accordingly develop business strategy Identify opportunities in the market for new business growth and M&A opportunities Formulate and submit bid proposals (carry out risk assessment, preparation of bid documents, site and technology identification and commercial analysis) Negotiate contracts/ transaction documents with internal / external stakeholders Manage compliances at various project stages from PPA execution till commissioning of projects, including Financial Closure and/or any Change in Law / Force Majeure events Networking and managing relationships with various stakeholders (Offtakers / regulators/ statutory bodies) as per business needs 

Post-Graduation Degree: MBA (Finance / strategy major preferred) 

Graduation Degree: BE/ B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering preferred)

Work Experience (After post-graduation): 10 to 15 years
