Business Development & Account Manager
Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Basic Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of business development and account management experience, which must include selling technology related services and solutions, such as new implementations, migrations, legacy modernizations, to Federal and / or State and Local Government agencies in the D/M/V (D.C., MD, VA). Background of working with agencies such as Health & Human Services (HHS), Motor Vehicles (DMV), Transportation (DoT), and Veteran Affairs (VA). Able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and to communicate this knowledge accurately and effectively at all levels. Willing to undertake an extensive amount of business related travel. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education, Candidate's that have completed a Master's degree program strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling technology related services and solutions to State and Local Government agencies, such as Health & Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Previous experience in a Technology Lead, Project Manager, Architect or similar technical position. Good understanding of IT Projects Life Cycles and emerging technologies such as Cloud Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Block Chain. Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, from an accredited institution.
