Business Development Analyst

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/Capture Operations Coordinator to join our team in McLean, Virginia.

Essential Job Functions: 

Support BD/Capture Teams in research of new business opportunities  Research and develop an understanding of potential customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia’s capabilities. Support a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunities. Build out opportunity analysis within the company CRM Tool. Generate reports from CRM Tool. Support the capture process and assist the proposal team on opportunities. Support gate (bid/no-bid) reviews. Support analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with BD/Capture Teams Research opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOV. Research and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc. Able to Develop Marketing Materials such as slide decks, slick sheets and other presentations Attend industry days, conferences and networking events

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

US Citizenship is required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience with US Federal Sector Business Development/Marketing is a PLUS. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Salesforce CRM experience is a BIG PLUS. Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills. Ability to Network and strong communication skills. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Fully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong customer service/client facing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Other:

Business Travel, as needed.  Must Report to the office at a minimum of 4 days per week and at the discretion of manager
