What You Will Do:
· Primarily supporting the Caesars Digital Business Development team, the successful candidate will prepare financial models, analysis and research to inform key business decisions involving partnerships and market access in online and retail sports betting, online casino gaming and horse racing.
· Financial modeling, including supporting research to inform inputs and assumptions
· Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed
· Development of presentation materials for Business Development team
· Coordinating partnership proposals, business updates and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), working with multiple internal stakeholders
· Regular tracking against key performance indicators on the business development vertical level.
· Proactively researching business trends across functions and communicating findings to management
· Demonstrates ability to collaborate with other departments and functions to complete assigned tasks
· Able to lead large, high-profile projects from start to finish
· Can be assigned complex problems in ‘concept’ and be trusted to translate them into the appropriate outlines, supporting data, and effectively communicate results
What You Will Need:
· Bachelor's degree from a top-tier program in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Accounting or Engineering
· At least 3 years of experience in financial planning or related role, preferably with experience in the gaming industry or with a digital business
· Must be technically skilled, particularly in financial modeling, and have experience using data analysis tools including MS Office products; must be able to quickly learn relevant industry database applications and software
· Ability to communicate complex ideas to co-workers and internal clients
· Ability to provide analysis requiring a quick turnaround in order to allow management to react to changing dynamics rapidly
· Ability to read and understand partnership contract language
· Able to work in a deadline-oriented environment, manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, regularly meet/exceed service level agreement requirements, and provide excellent internal customer service
