We are looking for a Business Development Analyst (Digital) to join our MMB Business.
The role of the Business Development Analyst is to research and nurture new Digital prospects, with an ultimate aim to drive new Digital opportunities and increased revenue. Additionally, you will provide general marketing, proposition and sales support whilst ensuring that CRM data is accurately maintained for prospecting activity. Alongside this you will be working to fast track your skills and abilities with your manager and mentors.
In your first year in the role in our Digital Sales Team, you’ll assist senior level colleagues on various aspects of the sales process to gain practical knowledge and experience.
In future years you will develop into a sales professional with a progressive compensation structure and bonus plan.
We can offer hybrid working for this role, with 3 days in the office and 2 spent working remotely.
We will count on you to:
Undertake research to identify target prospects and gain an understanding of business challenges, industry sector and key contactsProject Manage sales campaigns and initiatives – driving activity and ensuring that project deadlines are metDevelop and maintain a prospect list to build ongoing relationships with prospective clientsSupport Sales Professionals (all client sizes) at all stages of the sales processShadow the team and learn from them as mentorsWhat you need to have:
