Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business, etc.)Proven ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceA passion for community development and positive social impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial modeling and analysisFamiliarity with financing structures and practices

Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team's objectives. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including operational support, project coordination, financial analysis and event planning.

Responsibilities

Operational Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient internal communicationProject Coordination: Participate in high-level meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up with partners, and manage project timelinesFinancial Analysis: Develop financial models and projections for key projects and budgetsEvent Coordination: Plan and execute tours, partner visits, conferences, and live event logisticsStrategic Contribution: Conduct research, distill complex information, and contribute to strategic planningGeneral Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation and data entry
