Our team is growing! We are hiring a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales growth targets in the Peel Region while overseeing and managing client relationships.
Business Development Associate Responsibilities: New business development, identifying opportunities, and lead generation Build and execute effective sales processes and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations Focus on acquisition and growth of new accounts, while expanding relationships with current clients and value selling other business offerings Collaborate with Recruiters to provide the highest level of customer service Local travel within assigned territory for client and site visits Consistently meet KPIs to ensure client and business expectations are satisfied
Business Development Associate Qualifications: Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset Persuasive communication skills with the ability to speak in public settings and complete presentations Employment conditions: Full-time, permanent Base plus competitive commission structure We check all the boxes when it comes to health, dental, RRSP matching etc. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days remote and 3 days in office
