What you will be doing

As a Business Development Associate based in New York, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the U.S. market. Working closely with the Regional Vice President, your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and assisting in client calls, taking notes, conducting customer research, and following up with clients. Supporting proposal creation, including timeline updates, drafting reports, and occasional translation tasks (if applicable). Managing proposal pricing and contract documentation, including playbooks, purchase orders, and other necessary files. Handling deposit invoicing—creation, issuing, and follow-ups. Conducting market research through desk research and field observations. Prospecting potential clients, organizing data, and managing manual data-related tasks. Managing pilot projects from initiation to completion. Maintaining and organizing internal files, including CRM systems, business development trackers, and forecasting tools. Representing CXG at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand brand awareness and build relationships.
