Celerion is hiring a remote Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to support the growth in our Bioanalytical business. You will be working closely with Business Development to expand and accelerate lead generation for the UK and EU.
In this role, you will focus on initiating contact with potential clients to understand their specific bioanalytical needs and challenges. You will facilitate an introduction with Business Development to further cultivate accounts.  You will bring your ability to manage lead generation with Zymewire, & LinkedIn and engage in presenting Celerion’s differentiated services to potential clients. 
This role offers a base salary plus commission structure and room for growth with strong performance. Essential Functions: Identify and pursue new potential clients and business opportunities within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets that leads to an engagement with Business Development Directors.Develop and implement strategies for accelerated lead conversion.Consult with clients to understand their specific bioanalytical needs and challengesFacilitate informed transition of leads to Business Development Director(s).Achieve lead generation weekly and monthly targets.Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate value proposition confidently. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Understanding of bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation.Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel 2-3 times a year domestically and internationally, ability to secure a passport if not currently possessed.
