Job Description Summary

Key Global and Regional Clients – to be the touch point for multi located clients in strategic dialogue on how best to manage and delivery their requirements across the region. This is a vital role in providing best in class service, building trust and through this, secure and build increased revenue opportunities for PDS and other service lines when appropriate.

About the role:

• Non-PDS service lines – be the conduit and contact point for other APAC leaders in other service lines to ensure high level of service to multi-X clients and to be a touch point for account managers where cross over of clients occur and/or respond to multi-X RFP opportunities. This will also require participation in weekly and monthly conference call reviews as appropriate.

• Global - work with Andrew Carmichael and Jun Sochi as contact point for key global clients and/or activities driven from US or Europe.

• New business – RFP response guidance and oversight to the in-country resources outlined above and/or be the contact point for APAC/Key Account RFP activity as it arises. And self-generate new opportunities where we can.

• Pitch activity – as a continuation of the RFP, where appropriate, be the point of contact and actively participate in pitch.

• Sales Force – this platform is a powerful CRM tool that the company has invested in and will be the key activity platform for PDS. The head of Sales Force for the region is based in Singapore and provides a good support point. However, you, Estee and I will drive and monitor the activity across the APAC countries so that this becomes a vibrant and dynamic platform for
a) CRM capture of activity
b) platform for the PDS community “chatter” and information sharing and
importantly
c) provide live financial data for secured and unsecured business.

 

About You:

University degree in any business-related coursesMinimum of 5 years' experience in business development preferably under industrial, office space and Data CentersExcellent interpersonal. Organizational. Planning and Social skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent communication and presentation skills
