**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Sales Consultant, you will support a client with strategic planning through the application of sales techniques and sales operations.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new and existing clients.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Support the delivery of the business development program with targeted new and expanded annualized revenue and margin. Service all lines of business and hubs by delivering innovative and extended business opportunities.
+ Coordinate the bid management process through the development of RFI’s, RFP’s and client presentations.
+ Guide the delivery of the market engagement program ensuring a targeted and robust market strategy.
+ Work with key stakeholders to refresh the go-to-market approach in key markets.
+ Maintain relationships with our existing and prospective client base in establishing strong personal credibility.
+ Create awareness and culture of cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation.
+ Ensure the accuracy of the pipeline and tracker.
+ Drive a focused marketing strategy that enhances client relationships, and increases market positioning and brand with key industry stakeholders.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
