Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
Namibian Citizen.
Grade 12.
Relevant Insurance qualification (will be an added advantage).
Relevant Tertiary qualification.
At least 3 years short term insurance underwriting experience (Personal or Commercial)
Computer Literacy: OMSIC systems (Salesforce, TIA) will be an advantage.
Microsoft Programs: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Must have own transport for the execution duties in Windhoek.

Job Description:
Develop and maintain optimum relationship with brokers.
Continuous development to ensure effective service delivery to all intermediaries and clients.
Develop New Business opportunities within the commercial and corporate lines.
Provide Commercial and Corporate quotations.
Policy renewal reviews and general administration support services to intermediaries.
Providing a first point-of-contact query resolution service to intermediaries in respect of Commercial and Corporate Lines.
Providing customer service in line with quality and performance standards; and
Adhering to agreed processes to deliver targeted operational results.
Conduct intermediary visits in accordance with the set engagement plan.
Execute any other relevant duties as may be required.
