Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, playing a pivotal role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and enhancing our customer acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and text to generate  appointments for sales and service. * Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering information about our vehicles and services, and guiding customers through the initial steps of their automotive journey. * Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into appointments or sales. * CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, update customer information, and monitor lead progress. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to in-dealership experience. * Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach. * Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment, is a plus. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and other office software. Comfortable learning new technologies. * Positive Attitude: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. * Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
