Freese and Nichols is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.
As Business Development Coordinator, you will support the practice leaders and sales team to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead opportunity management pipeline, forecast processes, and reportingLead the schedule for tracking and strategy meetings of key pursuitsLead the management of account planning meetings including updates to account contact recordsDevelop relationships with identified key and strategic client accountsMay serve in one or more Client Representative rolesSupport internal sales through our strategic planning process of practice plans, market scans, and key and strategic account plansDevelop knowledge of client markets and conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities using Onvia and GovWin platformsMaintain CRM and coordinate client account management through the development of account, opportunity, and zipper plansCoordinate with accounting to report on financial metrics such as bookings goals and closeoutExecute booking reconciliation process and produces reportsManage, review and distribute client procurement databases and procurement schedulesProcess opportunities through the go-no-go processReview and mark up grammatical edits for overall content and pull in sales strategies developed during the opportunity planning processWork with the CRM Manager to develop and distribute content for internal staff on CRM updates and best practices. Act as a CRM ambassador assisting with training.Support our event management team at conference boothsAssist in the preparation and participate in sales presentations such as lunch and learns, brown bag presentations and trainingsIn coordination with a sales leader, attend client meetings, both public and private.Participate in at least one related industry professional organization and attend related industry events, building your professional networkQualificationsHigh school diploma and 3+ years' experience in related field, Associate's degree in business, marketing or related field and 2+ years' experience in related field, OR Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications
