Competitive pay from $140K+ Responsibilities Lead Strategic Initiatives: Shape and execute our business development strategy to capture new markets and drive profitability. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture key client relationships, identifying opportunities that align with our growth goals. Market Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to validate market assumptions and inform strategic decisions. Growth Management: Balance long-term client engagement with short-term revenue objectives. Team Development: Mentor and coach Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales leadership roles. 1-2 years of experience with high volume complex Mergers & Acquisitions.
