KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assess prospective community practices for fit with VUMC needs and practice suitability. + Acclimate and lead alignment of newly acquired ambulatory practices to VUMC processes and standards. Maintain sensitivity to acquired practices’ local personalities and cultures. Identify successful best practices and translate back to VUMC as appropriate. + Serve as primary point person and supportive problem-solver during the potentially vulnerable transition period for practices that are new to the VUMC family. Facilitate effective relationships between new practices and core VUMC operational teams. + Assess practice readiness for integration across core operations and each of the VUMC pillars. Collaborate with practice leadership to define integration pathway including eventual handover to appropriate VUMC Operations team. + Assist in the development of standard practice development models. + Assist with other business development transactions outside of the community practices space as needed.
