Responsible for delivering sales revenue from engineering services to clients and prospects in North America in the Automotive Domain.
To sell PES (product engineering services) to Transportation - Automotive segment
Achieves and exceeds revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
Accurately forecasts & achieve annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and monitors the growth.
Establish & engage at CXO level to penetrate into new market / business opportunities.
Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the proposal and technical teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement & identify new business opportunities.
Good understanding of the offshore and global delivery model
Candidate Profile
• 10-15 years of experience with at least 5-10 years of business development experience in the US Geography
• Must have hands-on experience of at least 4-6 years in selling engineering services to Automotive domain
• Team handling experience would be an added advantage
