Circle K is a leader in the convenience store space and has built a network of 17,500 stores worldwide primarily through acquisitions and new to industry builds. We are looking to broaden our pathways for investment by adding Business Development capabilities to our team. This position is charged with identifying and originating new investment opportunities across several segments of our business and will play an integral leadership role on the investment team. Led by the company’s overall strategy, this position will lead all aspects of opportunity development and/or transactions, from initial identification and screening to origination, business case development, post-closing management and monitoring. As such, the position is a critical interface between several functional areas within the firm including Operations, the Circle K Venture Fund, Legal, Finance and senior management.
