Element is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our European team. You will lead the expansion of our Built Environment market, following a $30 million investment in a new, state of the art, Fire Resistance Test Facility in Warrington.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a go to market strategy for a specific end market that includes the prioritization of target industries, regions and audiencesLead the sales organization : lead, motivate and unite team members around a common sales strategy, organise and coordinate commercial activities, evaluate employee’s performance and support their development whilst driving high performanceCollaborate with the operational leaders, and marketing, to identify and execute new lead generation campaigns for the defined end marketExpand business with dormant and existing accounts; prospects and develop new potential accountsAchieve sales goals by driving the penetration, conversion and retention of accounts within the defined end marketDrive a proactive positive enterprise sales approach through the commercial organizationEngage element technical expertise to support the advancement of opportunitiesComply with and drive adoption of Element’s commercial excellence processes, tools and systems
Skills / Qualifications Leadership: Significant experience of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve business goalsStrategic Planning: Evidence of creating and executing plans to meet the company's strategic objectives and understanding of market trendsFinancial Management: Strong knowledge and experience of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsAchievement Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the TIC sector, with Built environment experience desiredNetworking: Exceptional Networking ability to build and maintain professional relationships to secure partnerships and business opportunitiesCommunication: Effective and persuasive communication style to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
