Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer reach
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences
• Successfully implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or
equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Washington is $102,200.00–$153,350.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
