We are seeking a talented professional to join our Business Development team at Marsh. This role will be based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at some days a week in the office.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by prospecting clients and building relationships with associations and industry groups. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Actively seek new business opportunities through B2B sales initiatives.Prospect and engage potential clients to establish and nurture relationships.Collaborate with associations and industry groups to enhance business development efforts.Achieve sales targets for new business.Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.What you need to have:
