**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Inside Sales Intern who is excited about software and thrives in a dynamic startup environment. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers, making outbound calls to convert warm leads into sales-qualified opportunities. You'll gain hands-on experience in the sales process, working closely with our team to understand customer needs and effectively communicate our solutions. The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and passionate about contributing to a fast-paced, growing company.
Under direct supervision, assists with the development and building of a strong digital solutions sales pipeline. Completes research on potential client leads and shares information with sales team members to ensure client enrollments and sales successes. This person will be responsible for the following:
• Assist with developing a strong sales pipeline by calling or emailing potential clients
• Learn to effectively identify client needs and requirements
• Learn and apply sales techniques to engage potential customers effectively
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Follow defined processes to engage with current and potential clients with clear and enticing messaging to generate interest in sales discussions and presentations
• Meet set targets regarding outbound calls and emails
• Convert marketing qualified leads through outbound contact (calls/emails) into sales qualified leads
• Stay up to date on our products and industry trends to provide informed discussions with leads
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting in our CRM system
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Enrolled in a Bachelors program is required.
