The Business Development Leader – 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) - CRS drives profitable sales growth for MAPEI’s 3DCP products in the U.S. by developing strategic accounts, tracking project opportunities, and executing sales programs. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with technical expertise to maintain MAPEI's position as a market leader. Success depends on integrating customer needs with product development and leveraging sales, marketing, and technical services to achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Market Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for 3DCP, aligning with the National Sales Director’s goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer and corporate needs across channels (AEC firms, contractors, public authorities, etc.).
Spearhead account development, project tracking, and sales pipeline management.
Drive relationship building with key clients such as contractors, designers, specifiers, and public authorities.
Sales Execution:
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and hands-on demonstrations of MAPEI’s 3DCP products.
Collaborate with field sales, providing technical support and facilitating negotiation of business opportunities.
Lead product launches and create accompanying literature, training programs, and inventory management.
Client & Market Engagement:
Engage with engineering and contractor networks in key US metro areas to expand sales.
Participate in trade shows and professional industry associations, positioning MAPEI as an industry leader.
Product Development Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Line Management (PLM) and R&D teams to launch and refine innovative 3DCP products.
Address product claims and ensure customer satisfaction with technical assistance and field support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D Concrete Printing, construction, or training.
Skills:
Strong technical aptitude in 3DCP, coupled with hands-on relationship building and consultative sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to work effectively in a Windows environment.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Active participation in trade associations, tradeshows, and industry committees.
Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
