Job Description:

This position requires to drive the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) business development on Douyin platform, including Douyin channel strategy establishment, project management regarding livestreaming, content creation and paid media, budget planning & management, cross department communication, etc.

This position will be in charge of strategy and business development for Dou Yin collaboration as the growth driver for China DTC    with in-depth understanding of the market trend, capability of managing Douyin partners and effective collaboration with stakeholders internally and externally.

This position will work with internal teams to build up working process and team capability in content production, live streaming and KOL management to support Dou Yin business growth including but not limited to helping China Business Development team to work with Marketing, Distribution Marketing, CPA, RMA and other LOBs, proceeding execution of Douyin channel business and support Mgr, Business development, eCom to contribute to overall China direct business.

One of the key responsibility is to champion the management of Dou Yin and DP operator to ensure strong rapport and long term partnership, which need to complete Douyin business planning, communication cadence, product planning, traffic consolidation and ensure all traffics can be effectively leveraged for driving sales.                                     

He/ She is Responsible for formulation of project timeline, accurate forecasting and execution of key sales initiatives.  This includes overseeing account acquisition, retention and expansion programs, within the corporate, social and association markets. Upkeep of product line, to ensure market relevance and generate demand from relevant Target audience and campaign cadence.  

It is also necessary to manage DP and improve their overall project performance regarding: project timeline management, budget planning & controlling and Finance & legal terms/ procedure processing.

Key Responsibility:

Development and implementation of Douyin channel strategy, forecasting and execution of key sales initiatives. Collaborate with the team through the annual plan for Douyin business development, including tickets and hotel room sales, as well as campaign-driven sales.Project management by coordinating Marketing, Distribution Marketing, CPA, RMA, and other LOBs, proceeding execution of Douyin channel business and ensure projects launched on time.Complete Douyin business planning, communication cadence, product planning, traffic consolidation and ensure all traffics can be effectively leveraged for driving sales.Direct and indirect reports in planning and execution of Douyin campaign projects. Establish sales target by stages to measure regular sales/ campaign performance.Champion the management of Douyin and DP operators to foster strong rapport and long-term partnership.
