The Business Development Manager, ENT - Latam is responsible for establishing a sustainable growth of the business in third party seller markets and direct markets. Ensure that Latam's strategy is align with the global strategy and achieve the goals for the region (Revenue and STTP%). This position will strengthen the relationship with the KOLs in each country of the region and will help on the implementation of the MedEd strategy.
What will you be doing?
Reach the sales objectives for the direct and indirect channel.Help to implement the franchise strategy and tactics in the region to achieve revenue objectives.Follow up on the right targets (new customer acquisition) to growth the business.Find and develop the opportunities inside the region to maintain the strategy and accomplish the objectives (Ex new countries, new distributors, close territories)Identify needs of the market and create a plan to fulfill it.Follow up with sales representatives on their daily activities.Address the supply chain issues in each country and have a good communication with the distributors and customers.Work with the finance partner to achieve the objective from the finance expectations in the region (GP- STTP).Present the strategy to all the TPS to make sure that they have the same business vision and objectives.Review and establish prices for the direct accounts in SP.Propose new business models for indirect markets and follow up on them to guarantee to gain share.Business reviews with each TPS to be sure that they are reaching the objectives.Renewal contracts with the TPS.Analyze prices for all the regions- considering (COGS- current market prices - devaluation).Follow up on PO and shipments of distributors.Participate in the product forecast definition of all the countries.Contribute to establish and implement the MedEd Strategy on the region.Adapt marketing materials for the region.Negotiate and implement the participation in congresses.Comply with all guidelines established in the code of conduct and business ethics (Compliance) to ensure that the reputation and good name of the company can be maintained in a comprehensive manner.Start on the system (RAMS) the process for all the product registration procedure in LATAM (creation and renewals)What will you need to be successful?
Education: professional in business administration, international business, health and/or related areasStrong background in leadership positions n medical devices or pharmaceutical companies will be considered as a plus.Languages: Portuguese, Spanish & English advancedAvailability to travelYou Unlimited.
