Candidate profileIntellectual agility to build knowledge of the loyalty landscape in North AmericaKnowledge of marketing concepts, loyalty and CRM processes and platforms required5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or loyalty program management within enterprise-level organizationsA strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and loyalty solutionsProven ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable plansExcellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindsetYour responsibilitiesCollaborate and assist the Department Director in the development of smart, innovative, and targeted sales approaches for our Loyalty Marketing Platform and Solutions in North AmericaActively develop and nurture business relationships and leadsRespond to inbound leads while also generating targeted outbound opportunitiesDevelop, prioritize, and manage a strong pipeline of potential opportunitiesConstantly achieve sales revenue, profit, and customer engagement goalsEngage in sales and discovery phases, meetings, and contract negotiationsDeliver in-person sales presentations to prospective clientsResearch and stay updated with loyalty industry trends and insightsAttend and actively participate in conferences and industry eventsSupport development and evolution of sales, account development and management processes and disciplinesFor you Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.
