As a Business Development Manager you will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch small, medium and established businesses to sell their products on www.amazon.com.mx and manage the portfolio to grow their sales exponentially.

Key job responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
-Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential merchants
-Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
-Identifying and building relationships with key influences and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
-Be a business partner for new merchants providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
-Post acquisition, you will build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
-Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
-Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently to required standards
-Learn and understand the specificity of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants
-Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio
-Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
