**Summary:**
The Monetization Global Business Development team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing key deals with an ecosystem of ads, commerce and messaging partners that help drive revenue growth in core business. As a member of this team, you will get to work on high impact opportunities that can potentially make a direct impact to the top line of the company. **Required Skills:**
Business Development Manager, Monetization Responsibilities:
1. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals with an ecosystem of ads and commerce partners that help drive revenue growth in core business
2. Demonstrate fluency in the most complex legal and business issues in contracts and develop win-win solutions with our partners
3. Be agile and execute across a broad range of products including mobile, video, ads, big data, platforms, commerce and growth
4. Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable partnerships plans
5. Lead cross-functional internal alignment to drive decision making in the deal process
6. Collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents to help define go-to-market strategy and drive sign-off from internal leadership
7. Represent Meta in meetings with executives from our partner companies
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related fields
9. 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or related field in an internet or technology startup environment
10. Experience analyzing data and deriving actionable business insights. Experience distilling information and insights into effective presentations for executive leadership
11. Experience closing strategic software, services, data and product co-development deals
12. Demonstrated product sense, and experience working with (and influence) product and engineering teams

13. Experience managing leadership escalations/briefings on complex partner related issues
14. Experience learning new technologies and distilling information into actionable insights, for internal stakeholders
15. Familiarity/Knowledge with advertising or e-commerce platforms businesses, landscape, and challenges/opportunities of the ecosystem
16. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Legal, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales and Marketing
17. Proven track record doing deals, including expertise in the legal aspects of negotiations
**Public Compensation:**
$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
