Business Development Manager, Monetization
**Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Global Business Development Monetization Partnerships team at Meta. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving global partnerships to support our organization's strategic goals. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnerships from term sheet negotiations through product launches, managing relationships, and growing, measuring, and optimizing partnership success. We are looking for a leader who will be passionate about Meta products and enjoy working with product teams and multiple partners. It is essential that you are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams to achieve your goals. **Required Skills:** Business Development Manager, Monetization Responsibilities: 1. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals with an ecosystem of ads and commerce partners that help drive revenue growth in core business 2. Demonstrate fluency in the most complex legal and business issues in contracts and develop creative win-win solutions with our partners 3. Be agile and execute across a broad range of products including mobile, video, advertising, big data, platforms, commerce and growth 4. Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable partnerships plans 5. Lead cross-functional internal alignment to drive decision making in the deal process 6. Collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents to help define go-to-market strategy and drive sign-off from internal leadership 7. Represent Meta in meetings with executives from our partner companies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or related field in an internet or technology startup environment 9. Experience with structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements 10. Experience in working closely with product teams on new product partnerships and ecosystem strategy 11. Experience analyzing data and deriving actionable business insights. Experience distilling information and insights into effective presentations for leadership 12. Base level knowledge of the advertising ecosystem including the technology, what large and small companies are doing, industry alliances, and broader government and regulatory positions especially in EMEA region **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Masters or MBA preferred 14. Experience closing strategic software, services, data and licensing deals 15. Experience in an internet or technology environment 16. Experience managing leadership escalations/briefings on complex partner related issue 17. Experience learning new technologies and distilling information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders 18. Familiarity/Knowledge with advertising, e-commerce and messaging platforms businesses, landscape and challenges/opportunities of the ecosystem 19.
