What You Will Do 


Trimble’s Tekla Solutions provide integrated Analysis & Design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) services and solutions for the Structural Design & Detailing industry. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase our market leading offerings such as Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Structures , you’ll find, pursue & maximise Design & Detailing sales opportunities for Trimble in the UK.


You will: 

Sell Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Structures and Trimble ConnectAdditionally you will be able to sell our wider AECO portfolio (MEP, Viewpoint & SketchUp)Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors, communicating accordingly.Pursue enterprise level sales opportunitiesManage allocated territory Accounts; identifying new cross & up sell opportunities within and target new logo prospects building long-term relationships Deliver limited software demonstrations unaided for selected productsWork closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute individual plans to land new customers Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationshipsAttend regular site meetings at other Trimble offices, customer premises and exhibitions as requiredAchieve Key Performance Indicators as set out by the Sales Management teamUse Salesforce to log all customer contact, generate quotes & process your own ordersProvide an accurate sales forecast for a month and quarter period when requested by the Sales Manager

 
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

You’ll have a proven track record in selling software solutions within the construction industry and ideally within the Structural & Civil Engineering & Design markets You’ll become skilled in understanding the value proposition of our technology & leverage this to maximise sales and to help our sales division continue to growAbility to travel (at least 20%), mainly within the UK & IRE

 
Information About Your Location

We have established office locations in Newcastle, Leeds, London and Milton Keynes but you can choose to work fully remote from within the UK or Ireland. There is an expectation that you would be required to travel occasionally to our offices to attend sales meetings, training and collaborate with colleagues to support your activities.
